Anytime Assets is a cloud-based asset management system from e2b teknologies, inc. of Mentor, Ohio. It keeps equipment, tools, gauges, IT assets, office equipment, vehicles, jigs, dies and molds in one online register. Each asset record holds photos, part and serial numbers, manuals, warranties and service contracts, and calibrated items carry their certificate of calibration as a PDF. Asset transactions check items in and out like a tool crib, show where an item is or whether it is in transit, and tie tools to maintenance orders down to an aircraft tail number.
Where a connection exposes these records, the Anytime Assets MCP lets an agent answer questions that usually take several screens. A quality lead asks which gauges have a calibration due in the next 30 days and where they are now. A tool crib supervisor has the agent list items checked out to a job and never checked back in, or assets that have been in transit too long. An auditor pulls every tool used on maintenance orders for one tail number, with its calibration certificate.
You sign in to Anytime Assets through Makini Link, then paste the MCP endpoint Makini issues into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another MCP client, and get_connection_details shows which objects and fields that connection offers. Write actions work only where the connection and the user's permissions allow them. When e2b calibrates your equipment, it updates those records itself, so let the agent read calibration data and leave certificate changes to the calibration provider.

Anytime Assets usage tracing shows each asset's Asset ID, the date and Transaction ID of its last issue or return, its availability as Available or In Use, and its status as Active or Inactive based on calibration. Records also carry the last calibrated date, the calibration due date and, for aviation work, the aircraft type and tail number the tool was used on.
Anytime Assets lets you set custom alerts on any field, and e2b names calibration due notifications, items in transit for an extended time, and items checked out to a job but never checked back in as typical examples. An agent connected through Makini does not replace these alerts. It answers the follow up questions, such as where the gauges due next month are right now.
Yes, Anytime Assets offers RFID asset tracking that removes manual location entry: users scan tagged items and, depending on the RFID device, assign assets to a location with a short or long range scanner. The same process can check assets out to a job or work order. An agent reading through Makini sees the resulting location and transaction records, so its answers are only as current as the last scan.
Anytime Assets is a cloud-based system from e2b teknologies, and users sign in at my.anytimeassets.com, with mobile access listed among its benefits. There is no plant server to install. When e2b calibrates a new asset, it creates the asset record, photos and part numbers itself and attaches the PDF certificate, and you can then edit the record and add your own attachments.
You connect Anytime Assets to Claude or ChatGPT through Makini's MCP server: sign in with your Anytime Assets login in Makini Link, and Makini issues an MCP endpoint and a token scoped to that login. Paste the endpoint into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another MCP client. Since the system runs in the cloud, there is no on-premises server to expose, and the token can be revoked at any time.
An agent reads the Anytime Assets records your connection exposes, and calling get_connection_details lists those objects and fields. Makini's MCP tool list is shared across many systems, so not every tool applies here. For an asset register, questions usually center on assets, locations, check-in and check-out transactions and calibration dates, so confirm those appear in the details before you build regular reports on them.
An AI agent should not check Anytime Assets tools in or out at first, because check-in and check-out transactions form the usage trail that auditors rely on, so leave them to people. Writes work only where the connection exposes them and the connecting login may make the change. Makini logs every call and can stream the audit trail to Sentry, a webhook or syslog, so you can review what the agent requested.
Custom attributes in Anytime Assets reach an agent only where the connection exposes them, which get_connection_details shows. e2b describes Anytime Assets as a highly customizable system, so two companies can track quite different fields. Write a short note on what your own fields mean, such as an internal inspection date or department code, give it to the agent, and use a separate login for the agent so its activity stays distinct.
