Onfleet integration your roadmap keeps pushing. Already built.

Connect once over MCP. Your agent reads data and triggers actions in Onfleet, plus 2,000 other systems, without you building or maintaining a single integration.

Your agent runs Onfleet
One MCP endpoint and your agent can pull data and act on Onfleet. The same connection reaches 2,000+ other products behind it.
Build the agent once
Your agent gets Onfleet's real objects and actions, not a stripped-down common denominator. Work orders stay work orders, assets stay assets. Add SAP or Maximo through the same server when you need them.
AI Agent only does what it's allowed to
Each connection runs on its own scoped credentials, so the agent inherits your access model. Every call is logged, so you can see exactly what it did.

Agent config - MCP server
Open claude_desktop_config.json and add the snippet under "mcpServers" (create the file if it doesn't exist):
macOS ~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json
Windows %APPDATA%\Claude\claude_desktop_config.json
Linux ~/.config/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "makini": {
      "command": "npx",
      "args": ["-y", "mcp-remote@latest",
        "https://mcp.makini.io/UNIQUE_ID"]
    }
  }
}
Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.
Prefer the CLI? Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http makini https://mcp.makini.io/UNIQUE_ID
Add --scope project to save the config to .mcp.json in the current directory only.
Add the snippet under "mcpServers" (create the file if it doesn't exist), then restart Cursor:
macOS / Linux ~/.cursor/mcp.json
Windows %APPDATA%\Cursor\mcp.json
Project-only .cursor/mcp.json in your project root
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "makini": {
      "command": "npx",
      "args": ["-y", "mcp-remote@latest",
        "https://mcp.makini.io/UNIQUE_ID"]
    }
  }
}
VS Code uses "servers" as the root key - not "mcpServers". It applies the change automatically:
Global Command Palette → MCP: Open User Configuration
Project-only create .vscode/mcp.json in your workspace root
{
  "servers": {
    "makini": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://mcp.makini.io/UNIQUE_ID"
    }
  }
}
Add the snippet under "mcpServers" (create the file if it doesn't exist), then reload the Windsurf window:
macOS / Linux ~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json
Windows %APPDATA%\Codeium\windsurf\mcp_config.json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "makini": {
      "command": "npx",
      "args": ["-y", "mcp-remote@latest",
        "https://mcp.makini.io/UNIQUE_ID"]
    }
  }
}
Add the snippet under "mcpServers" (create the file if it doesn't exist). Cline picks up the change automatically:
macOS / Linux ~/.vscode/globalStorage/saoudrizwan.claude-dev/settings/cline_mcp_settings.json
Windows %APPDATA%\Code\User\globalStorage\saoudrizwan.claude-dev\settings\cline_mcp_settings.json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "makini": {
      "url": "https://mcp.makini.io/UNIQUE_ID",
      "disabled": false,
      "autoApprove": []
    }
  }
}
Add the makini entry under "context_servers" in settings.json. Zed picks up the change automatically:
macOS ~/Library/Application Support/Zed/settings.json
Windows %APPDATA%\Zed\settings.json
Linux ~/.config/zed/settings.json
{
  "context_servers": {
    "makini": {
      "url": "https://mcp.makini.io/UNIQUE_ID"
    }
  }
}
HOW IT WORKS

One managed server between your agent and every system

MCP is an open standard for giving AI agents tools to act. Makini runs as a managed MCP server in front of Onfleet and your wider stack. Your agent hits one endpoint, and Makini handles auth, real-time pass-through, and logging across all 2,000+ products behind it.

USE CASES

What teams actually run on the Onfleet MCP server

Catch late deliveries before recipients call in
The agent checks active Onfleet tasks for ETAs that run past their completeBefore window and reads each driver's remaining stops. Dispatchers move at-risk stops to another driver on the same team while the window can still be met.
Prepare redeliveries for failed drop-offs
Tasks completed today with success set to false are read with their failure reason, driver notes and recipient details, and the agent drafts retry tasks for the next route. Dispatchers review and assign them, and nobody rebuilds failed orders by hand.
Pull proof of delivery for a disputed order
Support agents name a disputed order and get the completed task with its photos, signature, completion time and driver location at drop-off. They settle a missing-package claim without asking dispatch to dig through Onfleet.
Compare planned and actual route times by driver
Planned route duration is compared with actual task completion times per driver and day, where the connection exposes route plans. Operations leads see which routes are consistently underestimated and adjust service times before the next optimization.
Balance driver capacity across teams and hubs
On-duty workers, assigned tasks and completed stops are compared across teams and hubs for the current shift. Operations leads see which team is short of drivers and which has spare capacity before the next wave of orders lands.
Release delivery tasks once orders are packed
Packed and staged orders in your WMS are read through the same Makini endpoint, and matching Onfleet tasks are drafted only for orders that are ready. Dispatchers never route a driver to collect an order still on the pick list.
WHY MAKINI MCP

Everything your agent needs to act on industrial systems

The hard part of an agent isn't the model. It's giving it safe, reliable access to the systems that actually run the business. Makini handles that part. Connect once over MCP and your agent reads and acts on Onfleet plus 2,000 other systems, with auth, scoping, and logging built in.

Native tools, not a lowest common denominator

Your agent calls the same four tools, search, get, create, update, across all 2,000 systems. It runs real endpoints, objects, and filters, exposed in real time. Custom fields and custom objects included. No abstract data model to learn, and nothing lost in translation.

Reach systems that never had an API

Plenty of industrial software never shipped a REST API or an MCP server, including 20-year-old on-prem systems (SAP R/3, MP2, ABS NS, CorrigoPro, etc.). Your agent reaches them anyway. Almost no other MCP provider can.

About

Onfleet

Onfleet is a last-mile delivery management platform from San Francisco based Onfleet, Inc. Pharmacies, grocers, meal kit and auto parts suppliers and other shippers use it to dispatch, route and track deliveries across in-house drivers and outsourced couriers. Each task is tied to one destination and one recipient and is assigned to a worker, the driver, who belongs to a team with an optional home hub. Drivers capture photo and signature proof of delivery in the mobile app, and recipients get SMS updates and a live tracking page.

Where a connection exposes these records, the Onfleet MCP spares dispatchers and support staff dashboard filtering. A dispatcher asks which tasks are still unassigned with a delivery window closing within two hours. An operations manager compares completed and failed tasks by team for the previous day. A support agent reads a task's completion details, including notes and proof of delivery, when a customer reports a missing parcel. The agent can also prepare new tasks from an order list for a dispatcher to assign.

You sign in to your Onfleet organization through Makini Link, then paste the MCP endpoint Makini issues into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another MCP client, and get_connection_details shows which objects and fields that connection offers. Onfleet API keys are created by an administrator and apply to the whole organization, while dashboard dispatchers see only their own teams, so agree which teams the agent should work with. Onfleet caps API traffic at 20 requests per second per organization.
